Grants Application

Applications for Music Guild of New Mexico grants are accepted annually beginning October 1.
Applications, all accompanying attachments, and Executive Director digital signature must be submitted
no later than Jan 31, 2025 to be considered by the Grants Committee.


While we are attempting to move to all digital grant applications, we recognize some may still prefer to continue creating their application and mailing it to the Grants Committee. So, for those who wish to continue doing so, here is a downloadable PDF copy of the Grants Application which must be returned, completed with all accompanying documentation, via mail no later than Jan 31, 2025.

  1. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
  2. Previous receipt of funding does not ensure an award.
  3. If chosen as a recipient, you will be required to submit a detailed evaluation summarizing how the goals of the project were met as outlined in your proposal and a financial accounting of the project. These documents will be due within three (3) months of the timeline end date of the project.
